Hello me name is Charlotte Cook, I am 20 years old .I was sent to Old Bailey for stealing clothing with a value of 2 shillings .I was sentenced to transportation for 7 years and left England on the Lady Penrhyn in 1787. My job was a tambour worker.I am feeling really nervous getting on the ship like what if I get sea sick,will the girls be separated from each other and will I be on the top or the bottom. I hope I'm on the top! Now I'm getting on the ship and I get to be on the top.Now everyone is on and we're waiting to set off I'm so nervous about this journey.
